Kanga Cup Opening Ceremony

The Kanga Cup is the biggest international youth football tournament in the Southern Hemisphere and one of the top five tournaments of its kind in the world!

All competing teams are invited to attend the Opening Ceremony and celebrate the beginning of the 2024 Kanga Cup, an unrivalled week of football and fun with busy days of football partnered by a great social program. There is no better way to kick off the week then with a massive Opening Ceremony.

The Kanga Cup Opening Ceremony will see close to 300 teams from around Australia taking part in the traditional walk-through introduction at Stage 88 in Commonwealth Park to kick-off the 2024 tournament.

The 2024 Kanga Cup will be played across Canberra from Monday 8 July to Friday 12 July with Grand Finals taking place at Southwell Park in Lyneham.
