KANGA CUP

Each July, the Kanga Cup brings together thousands of young footballers from across Australia and around the world for a week of competition and unforgettable experiences in Canberra.

Delivered by Capital Football, the Kanga Cup is a celebration of youth football.

TOURNAMENT REFEREES

We encourage clubs to bring qualified match officials (holding a Game Leader, Junior Football Match Official, or higher qualification) to help meet demand. Referees can travel with their team to the same venue, be assigned to matches at the start of each day, and will receive payment on a per-match basis.

TEAM CAPS

Capping the total number of teams to 348 teams, focusing on the competition quality and value to participants.   

NO OPENING CEREMONY

There will be no Opening Ceremony on Sunday prior to the tournament.
