Players currently serving suspensions or disciplinary sanctions in their local Premiership/ winter competitions may notice that these appear on their Dribl profiles during Kanga Cup 2025. Please note that Kanga Cup operates under its own tournament-specific disciplinary rules, and suspensions from other competitions do not automatically apply within this event.
That said, if a player’s Dribl profile currently shows a suspension, they are eligible to participate in Kanga Cup AFTER they request a Participation Waiver by emailing: disciplinary@kangacup.com prior to their first match. This is essential to ensure the player’s eligibility is properly reviewed.
Important:
If you are granted a waiver, the email confirmation from KC Disciplinary team it must be shown to the opposition team manager and the referee prior to submitting the match sheet before each game.

Red Card Disputes – a red card may only be disputed on the following two (2) grounds:
Yellow Card Disputes – a yellow card may only be disputed on the ground of:
(i) In the case of Mistaken Identity:
(ii) In the case of Obvious Error – Red Card only:

Once a Notice of Suspension is issued, the red card and any minimum match suspension (MMS) cannot be removed from a participant’s record. However, a suspension may be challenged under the following circumstances:
To challenge a suspension, Teams must submit a 2025 Kanga Cup Challenging Notice of Suspension form along with the following documentation within four (4) hours of the Team contact receiving notification of the Notice of Suspension or Determination. A payment of $1,500 is required before the KCOC will consider the submission.
Kanga Cup Organising Committee encourages that concerns and complaints be resolved at the lowest appropriate level. This promotes timely resolution and accountability within each team and match environment.
General Reporting Principles
Always start at the level where the incident occurred.
If no resolution is reached, escalate step by step—do not skip levels unless the incident is severe or dangerous.
Documentation (photos, witness details, match reports) is encouraged where appropriate to support formal complaints.
