Kanga Cup is pleased to announce that IberCup will be the competitions designated Hub Presenter for the 2023 edition. The agreement will see the IberCup logo on our ground maps and on the Hub, located at Lyneham, itself.
IberCup is one of the largest International Youth Football Tournaments in the world. Offering teams and individuals the chance to play in top level competition against some of the biggest teams in Europe and South America.
Their mission is to provide a truly professional environment that sets the stage for unforgettable memories and a pathway to experience football overseas.
IberCup offers competitions in Brazil, Spain, and Portugal, a unique challenge for clubs and individuals who can combine top-class football with a cultural journey to live the unique values and traditions of each country.
“We are excited to welcome IberCup as our latest Kanga Cup partners having seen them sign as Designated Hub Presenter,” Capital Football CEO, Ivan Slavich, commented of the link with the international tournament.
“The IberCup offers unique footballing experiences, much like the Kanga Cup, and will provide an attractive option for our competing clubs who may wish to participate in an overseas experience. We thank them for their partnership and the vouchers for our winners of each age group.”
As part of the deal, IberCup will offer vouchers for the winners of each age group should they choose to participate in the 2023/2024 IberCup. Each age group winner will receive a $6,000 voucher, each runner-up will receive a $5,000 voucher and each third place team will receive a $4,000 voucher.
