With just 34 days until the 2017 NSR Kanga Cup kicks off, the Kanga Cup Organising Committee (KCOC) are thrilled to present the makeup of each competition for this year’s edition of the tournament.
Tournament Director Megan Salic said that the KCOC’s hard work this year had allowed for Pools to be announced earlier than usual.
“The Organising Committee have worked tirelessly since the conclusion of the 2016 NSR Kanga Cup,” she said, “to make sure that we are more prepared than ever for the 2017 NSR Kanga Cup, and that includes registrations and pools.”
Please note that these pools are provisional, and are subject to change in response to changes within competitions.
Competition structures will also be released with time, but will consist of pool matches followed by quarter and/or semifinal matches, before the grand finals taking place on Friday.
There are some instances where competitions have had to be combined to allow both to go ahead. In each of these circumstances, the competition has been merged with the competition that the KCOC feels best matches the ability of the teams in it. The merges that have taken place currently are as below. Please note that this is also subject to change.

- U12FC and U12FP > U12FC
- U13FC and U13FP > U13FC
- U15MP and U15MS > U15MP
- U16MP and U16MS > U16MP
- U17MC, U17MP, U18MC and U18MP > U18MC
- U18FC and U18FP > U18FC
